Getting Started

To get started, you first need to sign-up via our sign-up page. Once you receive your invitation e-mail from our authentication service, follow the setup wizard to set up your workspace.

Once you've finished workspace setup, we recommend you follow the quickstart guides to get your first project up and running. However, before you do, we strongly recommend you read the product concepts section to familiarise yourself with the core concepts of the application.

Important Considerations​

At present, we only permit one workspace membership per e-mail address.

As a result, for professional projects, we recommend using your work e-mail. If membership of multiple workspaces is desired, we advise that users employ plus addressing, which is supported by both Microsoft Exchange and Google Mail.

For example, you might choose to register your primary account with your basic e-mail address, e.g. eldon.tyrell@gmail.com, but a personal account with eldon.tyrell+diyreplicant@gmail.com.

System Requirements​

Browser​

Anneal runs in the browser, and is compatible with most modern browsers. However, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome for the best experience.

We test application on the following browsers, so these may be considered viable options:

  • Google Chrome.
  • Mozilla Firefox.
  • Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based).

Other Chromium-based browsers may work, but performance and compatibility aren't guaranteed. In all cases, it is recommended that you use the latest version of your browser.

Note that 3D support may not work as intended on mobile devices and older or less powerful hardware.

Display Resolution​

Anneal is currently optimized for display resolutions of 2560 x 1440. However, we are actively developing the application to support a wider range of display sizes. If you encounter any display issues, please ensure your resolution is set to the recommended size and report any anomalies to our support team.
